What an incredible day at the Belgian Navy office !
Last Friday, I had the pleasure of leading a session for more than 100 people, followed by afternoon workshops, around a topic that truly fascinates me:mobilising people and organisations into action.
Together, we explored:
🔸 how change — small or large — is experienced,
🔸 the role of power, purpose, and performance in living organisations,
🔸 the areas of light… and sometimes shadow, that emerge during transformations,
🔸 and above all: how to activate collective energy to move forward in an aligned way.
What I take away from this day:
💬 the quality of the conversations,
⚓️ the genuine engagement of the participants,
🔥 a real willingness to dare to look differently at human dynamics in order to act more effectively.
Thank you to the Belgian Navy, for your trust and for the openness with which you welcomed these reflections and tools.
Thank you as well to all the participants for your presence, curiosity, and depth.
And a very special thank you to Lisa Raes, without whom none of this would have been possible.
I leave feeling inspired, energised, and proud to contribute — in my own way — to the development of leaders and teams who are moving the world forward.
